The shows are actually good, which makes this even more frustrating. I tried to cancel before my renewal, but the plan page just kept bouncing me around in circles. I wasted way too much time and energy trying to figure it out, got charged anyway, and then support took days to get back to me. The content is fine, but the subscription side is such a hassle
"Too many ads in this"
I tried using this for a bit, but the ads kept popping up every few minutes and it got annoying. It’s hard to enjoy anything when that keeps interrupting.

I don’t know what’s going on with the app or the website lately. The app keeps freezing on me, and the website is just really confusing to navigate. I feel like I’m clicking around forever trying to find basic stuff, and half the time I’m not even sure if I’m in the right place. It’s frustrating.

"Never heard back from support"
I reached out to support and figured I’d give it a few days before judging, but no one ever got back to me. From my experience, if a company can’t respond when you actually need help, it makes the whole service feel frustrating and hard to trust

I’ve been disappointed lately. It feels like it’s the same shows over and over, and most of them just aren’t that good. What makes it more annoying is how unclear the communication is about what’s new, what’s leaving, or what’s actually worth checking out. I keep browsing and hoping to find something interesting, but there’s really not much that grabs me anymore.

"Works when it wants to"
Discovery+ has been super frustrating lately. Some days it plays fine, and other times it just freezes, buffers forever, or kicks me out right in the middle of a show. My internet works perfectly with Netflix and YouTube, so I know it’s not on my end. I’ve tried restarting the app and everything, but it still acts up. It’s annoying paying for a service that only works when it feels like it
